PET Preforms

The pet preform is formed by filling the raw materials into the gun mold of the mold under the specific temperature and pressure by injection molding, and is formed under the working conditions of the injection molding machine. After injection molding, it is a semi-finished product of the intermediate, and then it is blown into a final product.

PET pet preform is a typical injection molding product, which is easy to transport. It is mostly made of plastic, with uniform texture and good insulation. It is an intermediate product of plastic bottles and machine oil barrels. 

The preform after injection molding or the preform after heating needs to be cooled for more than 48h, and the storage time of the preform used cannot exceed 6 months. The preforms with different production dates, especially those with long intervals, cannot be mixed. The main reason is that the model of raw materials used for the preform, the proportion of secondary materials mixed and the residual stress in the preform are different. These factors have a significant impact on the molding process of the bottle blowing machine and the capacity of the bottle.

Bottle preforms are injection molded products and intermediates. After blow molding, they become end products. End products include plastic bottles, machine oil barrels, cosmetic boxes, shampoo plastic bottles, spray bottles and other packaging containers. They are necessary products for people's daily life.
