NEW RELEASE Precision Plastic Drum Faucet Spigots
Sep 02, 2026
01 · Opening Visual
Most people think plastic spigots are simple parts. But a reliable Drum tank tap starts long before assembly. Every detail matters: material, molding, thread accuracy, sealing and pressure testing.
"From raw material to finished spigot."

02 · Raw Material Control
Quality begins with raw materials. We use virgin engineering plastic pellets instead of uncertain recycled materials. Each batch is sampled and tested before production.
"No shortcuts at the starting line."

03 · Precision Injection Molding
One-piece molding reduces unnecessary joints. We control temperature, pressure and cooling cycle to help ensure even wall thickness and minimize the risk of leaks.
"Structure matters more than you see."

04 · Precision Machining
Molded blanks are not finished products. Threads and sealing grooves are machined and measured carefully. A tiny tolerance difference can directly affect sealing performance.
"Good sealing starts with accurate dimensions."
05 · Standard Assembly
All components are matched as complete kits. During assembly, every O-ring, nut and handle is checked. Proper fitting and pressing help prevent assembly-related leaks.
"Assembly is not just putting parts together."

06 · Pressure & Leak Test
Assembly alone is not enough. Each batch goes through visual inspection, dimension recheck, water pressure holding test and switch durability test. Only tested units move to packaging.
"Leak-proof performance is verified, not assumed."

07 · New Spigot Series
This release includes multiple styles for different needs: tank cap spigots, straight threaded taps and elbow outlet kits. They are designed for water storage tanks, fermenters and beverage dispensing applications.
"One series, multiple installation solutions."
